Our pure Jasmine essential oil is extracted from the Jasmine flower by steam distillation. Jasmine has a long and rich history in several cultures. In India it symbolises divine hope; in China, the sweetness of women. In Hindu and Muslin traditions, Jasmine is referred to as the perfume of love. It can be added to skincare to soothe dry skin and balance hormones or in a fragrance or diffuser to feel its calming, clearing effects. Jasmine is known to be an antidepressant, an antiseptic, an aphrodisiac and a sleep aid, among other things. It is wonderful at uplifting, fighting infection, enhancing libido, fading scars, clearing breathing, reducing insomnia, hydrating skin and reducing stress.
