Hello and thank you for browsing our shop! Here are a couple of important things to note:
* For ALL orders, please INCLUDE a PHONE NUMBER in the notes, or message us. This will insure you are home or can arrange a convenient time to have your parcel dropped off. We now use DHL for all International Shipments to insure speediness, safety and convenience for all of our customers. Note: International Shipping is based on a minimum of 1lb (454g) of product, meaning it will be more economical if you buy in groups.*
1) ENGLISH NOT YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE?
We have staff members who are fluent in Japanese and French. If you'd prefer to communicate with us in either of those languages, feel free to do so!
2) WE REUSE PACKAGING.
We may reuse boxes and packaging when we are able, in an effort to create less waste and put less pressure on the environment.
3) SHIPPING: WE AUTOMATICALLY SHIP WITH TRACKING
Our policy is to always ship your packages at their cheapest rate, that is also TRACKED for the safety of your items, peace of mind, and a more speedy delivery. For International Shipments, we ship via DHL Express Worldwide. Should you decide you would like a cheaper, slower form of shipping, please message us immediately before or after placing your order. We are always happy to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
4) COST OF SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS.
Shipping on multiple items seem a little steep? Let us explain. Our shop is based in Canada, and our host does not yet have an automatic shipping calculator for Canadian businesses. This means we have to charge a set shipping cost per listing, and should you select more than one item, the shipping costs from each item will add together instead of automatically adjusting to the correct cost of shipping those items together.
No need to fret! We always combine items into one box and will automatically refund you all the excess you've paid in shipping once you make your purchase and we have your exact shipping cost. That being said, shipping will always be more economical should you order 1lb of product or more.
If this isn't something you are comfortable with, no problem. Please just send us a message before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are very happy to accommodate this. Simply place your orders separately and send us a message on either platform letting us know that you would like to combine shipping. We will refund you any excess shipping you have paid immediately after processing your order. If this isn't something you are comfortable with, no problem. Please just send us a message, with a screen shot of BOTH your shopping carts before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

9) IN STORE PICK-UP
Our brick and mortar store is a feast for the eyes! Come pick up your goodies and see for yourself. Simply choose "In-store" pick up at check out and you will NOT be charged shipping. Send us a note saying when you will be by and we will have your goods waiting.

Saturday & Monday....... 10:30 - 6:00pm
Tuesday - Friday............ 10:30 - 9:00pm
Sunday.............................. 1:00 - 6:00pm
