Brown Opal

One of my favourites. Works well with many combinations.

I picked up a sting of these stones to create a memorial bracelet about two years ago. I was immediately drawn to them, and even though I wear them daily, they look just like the day I acquired them. There is no chips, cracks or colour changes from wear.

These not flashy stones. You won't get the famous opal flash with these. They are sort of like Janet on Three's Company....or your favoutite piece of business or formal clothing...they're dependable, reliable, familiar, and comforting. Best of all, you can wear them paired with any colour of clothing, or stack them with other stone bracelets. (I stack mine with Labradorite, Sodalite. Silver, and Ruby.)

If you do not buy into the "soul" of a stone, know that these are very masculine looking. You'll get dark and light browns, creams, straw-yellows, milk-whites, and dove greys in the colour mix. They look a little like if you mixed white, milk and dark chocolate in one candy bar. (if you can imagine that...)

I'm confident that if you are attracted to these stones, they're the right ones for you.
